What data we collect
- Quote form: name, company, phone, email, location, machine or workshop stage and your message.
- Direct contact: the data you send us.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and pages visited (server logs), and the cookies in the Cookie policy.
Legal basis
- Pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Protection against spam and abuse – legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who we share data with
- ROGAMA IMPEX E.O.O.D. (Ruse, Bulgaria, VAT BG 203070995), only when it issues your quote.
- Our hosting provider (ROMARG, Romania).
- Public authorities, only when required by law.
Retention and rights
Quote data is kept for at most 3 years from our last contact if no contract is signed. You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection and withdrawal of consent: write to office@utilaje-tamplarie.ro. You may complain to ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro.
